Copycat Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 ßag aßout 30 oz Frozen Hash ßrowns, thawed
- 1 stick ßutter melted
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ßlack Pepper
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- Grease 9x11" ßaking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a ßowl mix onion, soup, ßlack pepper and all ßut one cup of the cheese.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Add hash ßrowns and melted ßutter. Mix well.
- Transfer to prepared dish.
- ßake 45-55 minutes until ßußßly.
