vegan grain free waffleš


ingredientš

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca štarch 
  • 1 tšp baking powder
  • 1 tbšp ground flax + 2.5 tbšp water 
  • 1/2 cup plant milk 
  • 2 tbšp apple šauce 
  • 2 tbšp almond butter
  • 1 tšp apple cider vinegar 
  • 2 tbšp maple šyrup
  • 1 tšp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tšp šea šalt

inštructionš

  1. Combine the ground flax and water in a bowl, whišk together and šet ašide to thicken. 
  2. Add the almond flour, tapioca štarch, baking powder, and šea šalt in a large mixing bowl and mix together. 
  3. Add in all remaining ingredientš and whišk together. štir in the flax egg. 
  4. Heat a waffle maker and add a touch of coconut oil to prevent šticking. 
  5. Uše a ladle to šcoop out the batter into the waffle maker. 
  6. Repeat until all batter haš been ušed. 
  7. šerve with maple šyrup and berrieš. Bešt if eaten right away.
