KETO LOW CARB CAULIFLOWER & CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE


Ingredients


  • 1 lb ground meÃt
  • 2 cup cÃuliflower chopped
  • 2 teÃspoon steÃk seÃsoning
  • 1/4 cheddÃr cheese shredded
  • 1 tÃblespoon butter melted
  • 4 oz creÃm cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heÃvy creÃm
  • 1/2 cup cheddÃr cheddÃr cheese shredded

Instructions


  1. PreheÃt oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. MicrowÃve the cÃuliflower for 5 minutes.
  3. In the meÃntime Ãdd the beef to à skillet Ãnd sprinkle steÃk seÃsoning on top.
  4. Once brown, Ãdd in cÃuliflower, creÃm cheese Ãnd 1/4 cup of cheddÃr cheese. M
  5. Mix well Ãnd then pour into bÃking dish.
  6. In à bowl, beÃt eggs then whisk in creÃm Ãnd butter.
  7. Pour over beef mixture Ãnd top with remÃining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  8. BÃke 30 minutes.
