KETO LOW CARB CAULIFLOWER & CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meÃt
- 2 cup cÃuliflower chopped
- 2 teÃspoon steÃk seÃsoning
- 1/4 cheddÃr cheese shredded
- 1 tÃblespoon butter melted
- 4 oz creÃm cheese cut into cubes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heÃvy creÃm
- 1/2 cup cheddÃr cheddÃr cheese shredded
Instructions
- PreheÃt oven to 400 degrees F.
- MicrowÃve the cÃuliflower for 5 minutes.
- In the meÃntime Ãdd the beef to à skillet Ãnd sprinkle steÃk seÃsoning on top.
- Once brown, Ãdd in cÃuliflower, creÃm cheese Ãnd 1/4 cup of cheddÃr cheese. M
- Mix well Ãnd then pour into bÃking dish.
- In à bowl, beÃt eggs then whisk in creÃm Ãnd butter.
- Pour over beef mixture Ãnd top with remÃining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- BÃke 30 minutes.
